Delivery And Terms

Lost in Florals delivers 5 days a week from Tuesday-Saturday across the Mornington Peninsula and South East Melbourne regions. For all delivery and terms please read the information below.

  • Local delivery within 15km of Baxter is available for only $10. Deliveries within 16-35km are available for $20. The delivery charge is automatically calculated when you enter your address.
  • If your delivery suburb is out of our radius, please contact us for a delivery rate or alternatively we can recommend a florist who may be able to assist. 
  • Please select any delivery day between Tuesday - Saturday when ordering your flowers. Delivery times are within  9am and 5pm on your selected day. Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to deliver at set times however if you request an AM or PM delivery in the notes provided, we will do our best to accommodate.
  • If your delivery requires specific directions such as gate access or apartment codes please leave the instructions in the area provided. If we are unable to deliver your flowers safely we may need to return the product to our studio and contact you to arrange re-delivery which may incur a re-delivery fee as we must allow for the time it has taken to deliver initially.  

Disclaimer-

We will always endeavour to create arrangements that closely resemble your selection, however as we are dealing with mother nature we do have to consider different flower seasons, weather and import availability.  Substitutes will occasionally be made to best reflect the style you have chosen. Our experienced florists will aim to get your order as close to your preference as possible.

If your requirements are very specific you may prefer to make a custom order by simply filling out the custom order form and we will get in touch ASAP to create something beautiful for you. 


Returns policy- 

We will always work with you to rectify a problem, so please be kind. We take the utmost care to create a beautiful product so please be mindful we are dealing with mother nature and that sometimes errors can occur. 

If there is something wrong with your order please email hello@lostinflorals.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Be sure to include a description of the issue, your contact number as well as any accompanying images.

There will be no refund offered for a simple change of mind or if the goods were received 24 hours prior. We may ask you to return the goods back to our studio.
